Evason Ma’in Hot Springs Hotel
What makes this 5* hotel different is the location. 264
meters below sea level the Evason Hotel is set in a deep valley with the
scenery of the Ma’in hot springs and waterfall. The temperatures of the water
ranges between 40° to 60° C and it contains potassium, magnesium and
calcium. The health effects of these thermal springs are known since Roman
times, King Herod took regularly a bath here.
The hotel has 94 rooms and in this beautiful natural setting
not surprisingly, offers a range of spa treatments. Southwest of Madaba the
Evason Hotel is about half an
hour’s drive from the Dead Sea and a one hour’s drive from the capital Amman.
